Miles Orr

Miles joins HR&A’s Los Angeles office as a Senior Analyst.

Prior to joining HR&A, Miles was previously employed by the City of Los Angeles where he worked on long-range planning in the San Fernando Valley and the application of the City’s new zoning code. . Before his time with the City of Los Angeles, Miles worked as an analyst with a primary focus on economic development and urban planning.

Miles holds a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
