Mike Martiny

Mike Martiny has over 36 years of work experience. Mike began their career at Kraft General Foods in 1984, where they held the role of Operations and Engineering. In 1992, they moved to The Pillsbury Company, where they held the role of Operations, Engineering, and Information Systems. In 2001, they joined General Mills, where they held the roles of VP, Global Business Solutions & Chief Information Officer and Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain Strategy. In 2020, they became the Chief Operating Officer of HRA IQ, where they lead the Operations Team in sourcing, training, and deploying clinicians to bring medical services to a home.

Mike Martiny attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1979 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
