Priscilla has also held senior consulting roles at Workforce Insight, part of Accenture, and Crowley, focusing on change management for workforce solutions across various industries. Priscilla's expertise includes developing and managing change strategies and utilizing the Prosci methodology and ADKAR model to facilitate successful adoption of organizational changes. Priscilla holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and a Certificate in Educational Leadership from the University of Mobile and the University of South Alabama, respectively.
