Renee Gross has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Renee started their professional experience in 2013 as a Research Assistant at Skidmore College, where they later became a Research Coordinator. In 2014, they also served as an Ad-Hoc Assistant at The MASIE Center for a conference.

In 2015, Renee worked as a Research Volunteer at the Institute for Music and Neurologic Function and later as a Research Coordinator at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Renee then transitioned to the field of HR, joining OfficeTeam in 2016 as an Interim HR Assistant for College Bound Dorchester. Renee then became an HR Manager at Boston Uncornered for a brief period in 2017.

In the same year, they started working at Year Up, initially as an HR Generalist in Talent Administration and later as an HR Manager, overseeing the implementation of a new human capital management system and managing a reduction-in-force due to COVID-19.

Within Year Up, Renee also took on leadership roles, including Interim Team Lead and Associate Director of Talent Administration, where they guided staff through process changes and supported strategic decisions.

Their most recent position is at HRchitect, where they have been a Strategic Services Consultant since 2021. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Strategic Services Consultant.

Renee Gross obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Music, Mind and Brain from Goldsmiths, University of London, from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Research and Experimental Psychology at Skidmore College from 2011 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Renee obtained the Change Management Specialist (CMS) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute in February 2023, the R Programming certification from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2016, the Data Scientist's Toolbox certification from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2016, and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in June 2018.
