Tina Gray

Tina Gray has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tina has recently worked as an Implementation Consultant at HRchitect since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Business & Technology Delivery Analyst at Accenture starting from 2021. In this role, Tina provided consultation and assistance to clients in their HCM Implementations within UKG PRO and UKG Pro Benefits Administration. Tina also partnered with clients on strategic planning and streamlining HR processes.

Before their work at Accenture, Tina had a long career in the United States Air Force. Tina held various roles in the Human Resources department, including Director, First Sergeant, and Manager, Superintendent. Tina was responsible for overseeing military personnel, customer support, career development, and installation personnel readiness. Tina served in these roles from 2008 to 2021.

Tina also has experience as a Human Resources Team Member at Target from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they worked in the United States Air Force as a Human Resources Specialist and Program Manager from 1998 to 2006.
