Judith Chakuwa

Judith Chakuwa is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Managing Director at The UCCG since October 2022, where the focus is on driving exceptional and sustainable results for businesses across Africa. Judith also holds positions as a Consulting Partner with HRCI and a Subject Matter Expert with BRAC International. Judith's previous roles include Head of Human Resources at BRAC International, HR and Organisational Development Manager at East African Roofing Systems Ltd, and HR Lead Recruitment & Regionalisation at Rakai Health Sciences Program. Judith has developed and implemented various HR strategies, focused on organizational development, talent acquisition, and performance management across sectors. Judith's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy from Edinburgh Business School and an MBA in Finance Risk & Investment from Uganda Management Institute, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Makerere University.
