Natacha Jouin

Natacha Jouin is an experienced consultant specializing in organizational change management, with a professional tenure that includes positions at HRConseil since November 2022, HR Path from October 2020 to November 2022, and implid (formerly Segeco) from October 2018 to October 2020. Prior to these roles, Natacha served as Chargée de mission en conduite du changement at Le Groupe La Poste from September 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities included planning and implementing change management for organizational restructuring, updating project support tools, and providing communication materials for new agreements.
