Desmond Lee

Desmond Lee has been in the HR industry since 2011. Desmond began their career as a Consultant at Bridge Resourcing Consulting, a boutique executive search consultancy that specialises in delivering staffing and HR solutions throughout Asia and Europe. In 2015, they co-founded HReasily, a leading HR Tech company in Asia intent on delivering the best-in-class HR platform. Desmond currently serves as the Chief People Officer at HReasily.

Desmond Lee received their Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing and Management from the University of Cambridge and their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Imperial College London.
