Caroline Waters

Caroline Waters is currently serving as the Vice President - Real Estate & Investments at HRI Hospitality. Previously, Caroline worked as a Fund Manager at KFBSF Real Estate Funds and as an Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan, where Caroline covered Debt Capital Markets for Investment Grade Real Estate & Lodging clients. Caroline also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
