Julie Kramer

Julie Kramer is the Workers’ Compensation & Risk Manager at HRI. Julie has over 20 years of experience in risk management and insurance. Julie began their career as an insurance agent with Henry M. Murray Insurance Company in 1985. Julie then became President of Heir Necessities, Inc. in February 1989, where they managed and operated the small retail establishment. In April 2002, Julie began working at HRI, where they have been managing workers’ compensation and risk ever since.

Julie Kramer has a career in Human Resources Management and Services. Julie has a PHR from the HR Certification Institute and is certified from the HRCI in PHR and SHRM-CP.

Julie Kramer reports to Timothy Schaffer, President. They work with Michael Leaf - VP of Operations & Technology, Matthew Priester - VP of Finance, and Alexis Moran - Client Account Manager.
