Stephanie Giese

For over 17 years, Stephanie Giese has served as the compliance manager with HRI Management and has been responsible for monitoring all affordable properties in the HRIM portfolio, representing over 2,300 units throughout the country. Her extensive compliance experience includes Section 42 tax credit, tax-exempt bonds, HOPE VI, HOME, CDBG, and permanent supportive housing. Stephanie currently holds COS, HCCP, and NCP designations. She also manages all federal, state, and local compliance auditing and annual reporting.

Stephanie received her B.A. in economics and international relations from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
