Makenzie Witmer

Makenzie Witmer is a Project Engineer at HRI, INC. since August 2020, currently focusing on the Paving Division while previously working in the Structures Division. Responsibilities include project oversight, submittal and certification processes to PennDOT, quantity takeoff, and assisting with traffic control and negotiations for extra work pricing. Prior experience includes serving as a Heavy Equipment Operator and an Operator Intern at Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc. Makenzie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and an Associate of Science in Construction/Heavy Equipment/Earthmoving Equipment Operation from Pennsylvania College of Technology, along with a diploma in Heavy Equipment Operations from Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology. Education was initiated with a General Studies diploma from Bellefonte Area High School.
