David Smith

David Smith began their work experience in 2017 as a Graduate Student at Virginia Tech. In 2022, they joined HRL Laboratories, LLC as a Scientist. David is currently employed in both roles.

David Smith attended the University of West Florida from 2013 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 2017 to 2022.
