Ignacio Ramos

Ignacio Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ignacio began their career as an Electrical Engineer intern at Teng & Associates, where they worked on designing electrical and power systems. Ignacio then moved on to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, where they served as an Electrical Engineer. At the University of Colorado at Boulder, Ignacio worked as a Research Assistant, conducting research on microwave power amplifiers and microwave rectifiers. Ignacio later joined Northrop Grumman as a Semiconductor/MMIC Engineer, specializing in the field of semiconductors. Currently, Ignacio is a Research Staff Member at HRL Laboratories, LLC.

Ignacio Ramos completed their education in a chronological manner. Ignacio began their educational journey in 2006 at the University of Illinois Chicago, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering in 2009. Afterward, they pursued further studies at the University of Colorado Boulder. Ignacio obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2014. Ignacio Ramos then continued their academic pursuits at the same institution, completing their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Microwave and RF in 2016.
