Yash Deshpande

Yash Deshpande is a research professional with a strong background in electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Member of Research Staff at The Voleon Group since December 2020, Yash previously held the position of Schramm Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from July 2017 to December 2020 and was a Schramm Postdoctoral Scholar at Microsoft Research from July 2016 to June 2017. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University from September 2011 to June 2016, and completing an internship at Microsoft Research in June 2013. Yash also gained research experience as a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at the California Institute of Technology in 2010. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University (2011-2016) and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (2007-2011).
