Peter Ladis

Pete Ladis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pete began their career at Digital Lightwave as a Developer before moving on to roles such as Software Engineer at IWIRE and Software Developer at Image One Corporation. Pete then worked as a Software Engineer at AgileThought and a Software Developer/Technical Lead at First Advantage. In 2008, they joined BST Global as a Senior Software Developer. Pete then co-founded Lilypad Solutions, a SaaS platform for the Beverage Alcohol industry, where they served as the Cofounder/CTO. The company was later acquired by Fintech in 2019. At Fintech, Pete assumed the role of Director of Engineering and spearheaded the growth and development of the Lilypad platform. After leaving Fintech, Pete joined Earnnest as the Chief Technology Officer, where they leveraged Dwolla and Plaid to drive a Fintech Payments platform experience. Pete successfully achieved SOC2 Type 1 and SOC2 Type 2 compliance and played a key role in steering product growth, resulting in double revenue growth over two years. Currently, Pete holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at HR Logics, starting in 2023.

Pete Ladis completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida in 1999. Pete later pursued an MBA from the same university, graduating in 2008.
