Team leads have previous experience working in recruiting and employer branding at E.DIS, talent acquisition at Mister Spex, and HR and talent acquisition at XOM Materials. The talent acquisition manager has also worked at Funding Circle Deutschland GmbH, and other team members have experience in sales development, content marketing, and sales. Additionally, members of the team have experience working as teachers, substitute teachers, marketing managers, and au pairs. Finally, the team has experience in a variety of other fields such as head of management processes, human resources specialist, people development manager, personnel development, university lecturer, CFO, director of operations and growth, analyst, software quality engineer, and research associate for software usability.
