Philip Arau

As a consultant, Philip supports companies on their way into the future. He is fascinated by the potential of the individual as well as methods that make this potential tangible. In doing so, Philip is enthusiastic about unconventional methods that offer new experiences and adventures. He is convinced that long-term change involves a lot of work but also fun and enthusiasm. He also exudes this enthusiasm, when working with his clients, enabling the development of tailor-made and creative solutions. A close relationship and working at eye level is at the core of his consulting principle.

Philip has a master’s degree in psychology from FU Berlin, where he learnt about the use of automated learning methods, among other things.

When Philip isn’t on the road for HRpepper, you can find him either surfing waves in the Atlantic Ocean, cooking and baking, or working on his campervan.
