Selina Salam

Selina Salam is a consultant at HRpepper Management Consultants, focusing on shaping organization and culture since September 2023. Previously, Selina worked at Zukunftsinstitut GmbH from October 2019 to January 2023, serving as a consultant and project manager in trend-based strategy consulting, as well as holding roles in community management and product management. Prior experience includes internships at SAP in digital business services, and at ZEIT ONLINE as a strategic consultant and communication advisor for the Z2X-Festival. Selina also gained editorial experience at Vincent TV GmbH and coached field hockey for children at Hockeyclub Bad Homburg. Selina holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts from Universität der Künste Berlin.
