Jakub Ryznar

Jakub Ryznar has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jakub started their career in 2003 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Satoria SA/PUHIT S.A. In 2006, they worked as a Trainer at the Polish Tourism Development Agency, conducting training sessions on internet promotion and sales in the tourism industry. From 2007 to 2008, Jakub worked as a Tourism Manager at Satoria SA/PUHIT S.A. Jakub then joined HRS Group in 2009 and held various positions, including Hotel Sales Manager, Head of Hotel Solutions Poland, Head of Hotel Solutions Poland, Russia and CIS, and Head of Hotel Solutions Eastern Europe. In their roles at HRS Group, they led teams, managed cooperation with hotel partners, and was responsible for training, motivation, and coaching. In their most recent position as Head of Customer Delivery & Operations EMEA, Jakub oversees customer delivery and operations in the EMEA region.

Jakub Ryznar obtained their Master's degree in Economics of Tourism from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie. Jakub attended this institution from 1997 to 2002.
