Chief Product Officer - HRS Insurance And Crisis Solutions at HRS Group

Jochen Jaser has a diverse and extensive work experience, starting in the year 2000. Jochen began their career as a Senior Consultant at MVI GmbH and later became a Project Manager at Brainforce Software. In 2004, Jaser joined update4u Software AG as the Head of Product Management, where they played a crucial role in product launches and establishing Product Management and Product Marketing. Jochen then took on the position of CTO and Board Member, leading the technology departments and driving the integration of update4u Software AG and Matrix42 AG. Jaser further expanded their responsibilities as the CEO and Chairman of the Board at Matrix42, where they transformed the company into a European player in the Workspace Management Software Industry and achieved significant international growth and revenue. Jochen successfully introduced Matrix42 Cloud Business Model to the market and executed the sale of Matrix42 AG to Emeram Capital. Jaser also co-founded Gastropay GmbH and served as the CTO at BearingPoint before joining HRS Group as the CIO and Member of the Management Board. Currently, they also hold the positions of Chief Product Officer at HRS Insurance and Crisis Solutions and Managing Director at Invisible Pay GmbH.

Jochen Jaser started their education journey in 1994 at the University of Augsburg, where they pursued a degree in Law. Jochen dedicated himself to this field of study until 1999, when they successfully graduated as a Graduate in Law. Later on, in 2013, Jochen decided to further their education by attending the IESE Business School. Jochen enrolled in the Advanced Management & General Management Program, which they completed in 2014.
