Kirstin Kailbach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2000, they worked in product management and online marketing at Dertour GmbH & Co KG. Kirstin then moved on to various positions at HRS, a hotel booking company, including team leader roles in brand marketing, online marketing, and affiliates & partnerships. Kirstin also served as the director of marketing for HRS Ltd UK, where they helped develop and execute a shift from a B2C to a B2B strategy. Kirstin later worked as a senior manager of campaign communication at BuyVIP, supporting the company's transition to becoming an Amazon company. Kirstin also held marketing and leadership roles at eva, Hotels and a-team Personalmanagement. In 2014, Kirstin started their own consulting and coaching business, focusing on personal and business development. Most recently, they worked at HRS Group as the head of learning & culture before transitioning to their current role as the director of learning, development & culture.
