Wouter Kolkman

Wouter Kolkman is a seasoned professional in procurement and consulting, currently serving as the Global Manager for the Consortia Program at HRS Group since May 2015. In this role, Wouter is responsible for the global procurement strategy for HRS' primary revenue product, overseeing the business development and sales team, procurement strategy, pricing, data intelligence, and performance metrics. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Manager of Corporate Procurement, Head of Corporate Sourcing EMEA, and Team Lead of Corporate Sourcing, along with a consulting position at ConLead Performance Manager. Wouter holds a Master’s degree in Applied Communication Science from the University of Twente and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Windesheim.
