Michael Zhu

Michael Zhu has extensive work experience in the hospitality and retail systems industry. Michael started their career at Shangri-La Group, where they worked in front office management for six years. Michael then joined Shiji Group as a senior opera system consultant, providing guidance and support for property system installation and user training. In 2013, they transitioned to a sales role at Shiji Group, first as a sales manager and later as a senior sales manager. Michael was responsible for implementing international hotel contracts and increasing brand awareness. In 2020, they joined HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems as an area sales manager and was later promoted to area sales director in 2021.

Michael Zhu has a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality & Business Management from GuangDong University of Finance & Economics. Michael also has a College Degree in Hospitality Management from Hubei University. In addition, they have a certification as a Certified Major Account Specialist - Marriott, Shangri-la, Hyatt, IHG, Accor from MICROS Systems Inc.
