Sergio Soto is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in service delivery and front-of-house operations. Currently serving as a Specialist in Service Delivery at HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems since December 2022, Sergio has previously held key positions including Jefe de recepción at Hotel Nordés and various roles such as Front of House Manager, Assistant Manager, and Agent at Sunborn Gibraltar Hotel & Casino. Prior experience includes positions at MICROS Systems Inc. as an Opera PMS Consultant and Support Agent, as well as Front of House roles at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts and AC Hotels.
