Helen Lee

Helen Lee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in industrial/organizational psychology and leadership assessment. Currently serving as the International Ministry Project Coordinator at The Voice of the Martyrs (Canada) since September 2024, Helen has also held the position of Senior Research Analyst at HRSG since November 2015, leading diverse projects for the Department of National Defence in Canada. Additionally, Helen is an accomplished author and developmental editor with Penguin Random House, and previously worked as a Talent Management Consultant at Ahria Consulting, where evidence-based solutions were applied for leader evaluations. As a former university course instructor and graduate teaching assistant at Western University, Helen has taught multiple psychology and management courses. Education includes a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western University, along with an MSc and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution and the University of Toronto Mississauga, respectively, complemented by ongoing studies at Harvard Business School Online and Seoul National University.
