Mark Coulter

Mark Coulter, MIR, CHRL, CTMP, currently serves as Vice President of Talent Management Solutions at HRSG since February 2022, having previously held the position of Director in the same department. With extensive experience in talent management, Mark led talent lifecycle initiatives at York Region as Head of Talent Management and implemented competency-based HR solutions as a Senior Consultant at HRSG. At ABC Technologies, Mark established a global Talent Management and Organizational Development function, supporting over 7,500 employees. Additional roles include Senior Consultant at Blue-Mark Management Consultants and leadership positions at Lowe’s Companies Canada, Katz Group Canada Ltd./Rexall Pharma Plus, Sleeman Breweries, McCain Foods, and Campbell Soup Company. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Queen's University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
