Kirk Maritshane Bsc Qs

Kirk Maritshane BSc(Hons) QS, MBA, MMEF is a Lecturer at HRUC, specializing in Tendering & Estimation, Construction Technology, Building Surveying, Measurement Techniques, and Construction Practice & Management since March 2023. Previously, Kirk served as a Research Assistant at UCL from March 2022 to March 2023 and as Principal Quantity Surveyor II at Bobirwa Sub District Council from January 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included project management from inception to completion, measuring, estimation, procurement, and contract management. Kirk also held the position of Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager at South East Sub District Council from October 2013 to January 2019, and began the career as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with MLC Group in 2011. Kirk's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of International Business and Economics, a Master 1 in Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a BSc in Quantity Survey from the University of Reading.
