Rhiannon Connolly

Rhiannon Connolly (née Phillips) is a seasoned professional in behavioural science with extensive experience in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and biotech sectors. Currently serving as Director of Behavioural Science at Healthcare Research Worldwide (HRW), Rhiannon has progressed through various roles, including Associate Director and Senior Behavioural Scientist, contributing to award-winning projects that leverage diverse psychological theories. Previous roles include Research Manager at Breaking Blue, a Senior Research Analyst at dunnhumby, and Research Psychologist at i2 media research limited. Rhiannon holds an MSc in Social Cognition from UCL and a BSc in Combined Psychology and Sociology from Bath Spa University, alongside various certifications in English language teaching and NLP.
