Victoria Grizzle

Victoria Grizzle is an experienced professional currently working as a Student Worker and Human Resource Onboarding Assistant at Grand Canyon Education, Inc. since January 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating the onboarding process for student workers and managing various HR tasks. Additionally, Victoria serves as a mentor for GCU Women in Business, supporting four individuals in their career pursuits. Previous experience includes a summer role as a Temporary Human Resource Assistant at Scheels, where various HR functions were performed, and an earlier internship at Scheels focused on vital HR tasks such as conducting interviews and analyzing employee performance.
