Lucia Pennetta has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager for Europe (Southern) at HS Brands Global since October 2012, after holding the position of Sales & Account Manager for Italy at the same company. Prior roles include Customer Service at Holiday Service srl, BD Intern at CP Commercial China, and Assistant to the General Director at Holiday Service s.r.l. Additionally, Lucia interned at Keratech SPA, focusing on market analysis in the ceramic rollers industry. Lucia holds a Master's degree in International Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Università del Salento.
