Merrill O'Ryan

Merrill O'Ryan, MHA, serves as the Manager, Implementation Lead at HSA Bank, a division of Webster Bank, N.A., since March 2024. Previously, at Elevance Health from March 2006 to December 2023, Merrill held the position of Vendor Implementation Manager Sr in the Anthem Vendor Management Office, acting as the primary subject matter expert for WINFertility and other clinical vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Merrill also worked as Product Management Director within Commercial Product Development, managing multiple large-scale projects in an Agile environment and overseeing the entire Product Development Lifecycle.
