Anika Schneider

Anika Schneider has extensive experience in process management and sales support, currently serving as Leitung Prozessmanagement and previously as Senior Prozessmanager, Prozessmanager, and Consultant at hsag Heidelberger Services AG since June 2017. Prior to this role, Anika worked at ista Deutschland GmbH from June 2015 to May 2017 as a Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst, where responsibilities included managing sales processes for existing clients, developing customer relations, and conducting sales data analysis. Anika is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, with an expected graduation in August 2024, and holds a qualification as Kauffrau für Bürokommunikation from ista Deutschland GmbH, completed in 2015.
