Jitendraa Arora has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Jitendraa started their career at Saffron Global Ltd as a Sales Officer, responsible for sales of wireless products in the UK market. Jitendraa then joined American Express, where they held various roles including Relationship Officer, Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales, Channel Sales Manager, and Sr. Channel Sales Manager. At American Express, they focused on acquiring customers in the HNI and Salaried segments and strategized sales through statistical analysis. Since 2014, Jitendraa has been working at HSBC as a Vice President, overseeing the acquisition of HSBC Assets Products and managing a team of sales professionals. Jitendraa has also been responsible for deploying sales plans at shopping malls and corporate parks, and analyzing business aspects such as team productivity and ROI through MIS.
Jitendraa Arora completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Finance from ICFAI University in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in 2005.
