Krishna Puranapanda

Krishna Puranapanda, CFA, FRM has a diverse work experience spanning strategic planning, finance, procurement, and technology consulting. Starting in 2004, they joined Tech Mahindra as a Team Lead and Technology Consultant, where they worked until 2008. Krishna then served as a Finance and Strategy Consultant for Funding Finders and Appropriate Housing Group for a short period in 2008. In 2009, Krishna worked as a Strategy and M&A Consultant for Askam Construction Limited, and later that year, they became a Revenue and Finance Consultant for Morecambe Football Club. In 2010, they joined Oracle Corporation as a Budget Analyst. Krishna then moved on to Centrica in 2011, where they held the position of Senior Manager - Planning and Commercial until 2014. Krishna then transitioned to the role of AVP, Service Delivery - Finance Operations at Centrica until 2018. Finally, they joined HSBC in 2018 as the Vice President and Global Procurement - BPO Lead.

Krishna Puranapanda, CFA, FRM holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Lancaster University, completed in 2009. In 2017, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, specializing in Finance and Investment Management. Subsequently, in 2022, they achieved the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), focusing on Risk Management. Additionally, Krishna has obtained other certifications such as Digital Transformation from ISB Executive Education in 2023.
