Sourav Chatterjee

Sourav Chatterjee has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Sourav started their career in 2005 as a Senior Office Assistant Manager II at ICICI Webtrade Ltd. Sourav then worked at ICICI Securities Limited as a Senior Relationship Manager-Centre Sales, Manager Band I. In 2008, Sourav joined HSBC Global Asset Management as an Associate Vice President Sales and Distribution, where they stayed until 2014. Sourav then moved to HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management as a Vice President Sales and Distribution, and later, as VP Sales Support & Business Development. In 2016, they joined ICICI Bank as a Branch Head Wealth Management. Sourav returned to HSBC in 2018 and held roles as Vice President Premier and currently as VP Investment Products.

Sourav Chatterjee completed their MBA in Marketing from ICFAI Business School during the years 2003-2005. Sourav also holds a B.E degree in Electronics & Communication from Vishveshwaria Technological University, which they obtained from 1999-2003. Prior to that, they completed their primary education in Science at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1988-1999. In terms of additional certifications, Sourav has obtained a Certified Financial Planner certification from FPSB India in 2013. Sourav also has certifications in Investment Advisor XB Level 2 and Investment Advisor XA Level 1 from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in October 2019. Additionally, they have recently taken the NISM Series XXI-B Portfolio Managers Certification Examination from NISM in 2022.
