Laura Douglas is currently the Head of Product Management for Lending & Global Trade & Receivables Finance at HSBC Innovation Banking. Prior to this, Laura held roles at C. Hoare & Co., Metro Bank, MainFirst Group, and Standard Bank Group in various product management and relationship management positions. Laura took time off to travel around the world in 2016-2017 and documented their journey through a travel blog. Laura holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours with Distinction in Management from Rhodes University and has a background in Information Systems and Management.
