Paola Parsons

Paola Parsons currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at HSBC Innovation Banking since June 2023. Prior to this role, Paola held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for EMEA at Silicon Valley Bank from May 2021 to June 2023. Paola's extensive experience includes roles such as HR Director for Europe and Americas at Standard Chartered Bank (2018 - May 2021), HR Director for UK&I at Experian (2013 - 2018), and various HR leadership positions at Barclays from 2002 to 2013, culminating in the role of Head of HR for multiple divisions. Paola holds a degree from the Università di Pisa.
