Erin Hinkle Robertson, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and consulting. Currently serving as Principal Consultant in the People Practice at Johnson & Oshan Law since June 2021, Erin has been instrumental in shaping company culture and people operations for clients. Previous roles include Director of People at Johnson & Oshan Law, Owner and Principal Consultant at BuildRise, Interim Director of Culture & Talent at Forever 21, and Director of People Relations at The Future Project, where significant growth and transformational change were achieved. With a strong foundation in grant writing and development, Erin has also contributed to nonprofit organizations, including the Tribal Link Foundation. Erin holds a degree in Psychology from Fordham University.
