Ryan Phayer

Ryan Phayer is currently serving as the Managing Director & Head of Relationship Management, Strategic Fund Solutions at HSBC Innovation Banking. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Silicon Valley Bank, including Director, Senior Vice President, and Vice President in Global Fund Banking. Before their tenure at Silicon Valley Bank, Ryan worked at Lloyds Bank as a Relationship Manager in the Technology, Media, and Telecoms sector. Ryan completed their Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Exeter in 2010.
