Archana Chadha

Archana Chadha has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in the banking sector, with a significant tenure at HSBC from November 2007 to October 2020. During this time, Archana served as Head of Human Resources, overseeing initiatives focused on culture for growth, workforce skills, wellness, and diversity and inclusion. Prior roles at HSBC included SVP and Head of Performance and Rewards, where Archana enhanced cultural changes in recognition and performance management, and Senior Vice President and Head HR for Retail Banking and Wealth Management, managing attrition and implementing culture change initiatives. Earlier career experience includes positions in trade services at Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait and inflight services at Jet Airways. Archana holds an MBA in Marketing from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
