Hugh Pugsley

Hugh Pugsley serves as General Counsel at HSBC since April 2015, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles as General Counsel for Group Legal at Lloyds Banking Group from January 2010 to January 2015 and as Head of Corporate and M&A within the same institution. Additionally, Hugh Pugsley worked as a Senior Corporate Associate at Allen & Overy, focusing on UK and cross-border M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions. Educational qualifications include a Law degree from the University of Bristol and a Diploma in Law from the College of Law.
