Tamer El-Raghy

Tamer El-Raghy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management and agriculture. Currently serving as Non-executive Director at HSBC since July 2022, Tamer also holds the position of Managing Director at Acumen Resilient Agriculture Fund (ARAF) since November 2018. Prior roles include Head of Private Equity for Africa Agri & Food at responsAbility Investments AG and Regional General Manager for Africa at Cargill Feed & Nutrition, along with other significant positions at Cargill and as President of 3-ONE-2, LLC. Tamer's academic credentials include an MBA from New York University, a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Drexel University, and a B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from Cairo University.
