Michelle O’Sullivan has over 21 years HR experience working in a multinational investment bank. She has a proven track record in all aspects of human resources management including strategy development, internal consultancy, change management, organisation design, performance management, policy development and merger & acquisitions.
She has led multi-cultural teams delivering global HR strategy & ensuring fit for purpose across multiple countries. Michelle has great commercial acumen and is passionate about ensuring the alignment of HR & business strategies to deliver on business objectives.
In 2019 she resigned from her corporate role & set up MOS Consulting. She is a qualified and accredited coach/mentor by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) at Senior Practitioner level. MOS Consulting also offers HR consulting services.
In 2020 Michelle was appointed to the Board of the National Concert Hall and is currently the Chair of the Strategic HR Committee.
