Sanjaya Ihalagedara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, business development, and sales management across various companies in the technology and travel sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Partner Sales Manager at hSenid Business Solutions, Sanjaya has successfully developed and maintained a strategic partner network in territories such as Brunei, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Previous roles include driving HRIS sales in the APAC region and engaging with senior management at top companies globally. Prior to hSenid, Sanjaya held positions at LycaFly, ITQ Lanka, and Mackinnons American Express Travel, showcasing a strong background in sales support and client relationship management. Sanjaya holds an IATA UFTAA Consultant Diploma in Travel & Tourism and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of Greenwich.
