James Bock

James Bock, M.D. serves as the Chief Physician Executive at HSHS Physician Enterprise and HSHS Medical Group, overseeing more than 120 providers and managing significant revenue and investment responsibilities. Bock's leadership includes notable roles as Chief Medical Officer for HSHS ACO L.L.C. and Physician Clinical Integration Network, where initiatives in population health strategy and value-based reimbursement have been developed. Elected as Chairman of the Board of Managers, Bock led the expansion of a provider network from 700 to 2800 members and spearheaded innovative care models and quality metrics. Bock's medical career began with family practice and was built upon solid educational foundations from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and Northwestern University.
