Nicole Garcia, PHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at HSL Asset Management, LLC since September 2022. Prior to this role, Garcia held multiple positions at NOVA® Home Loans, including Director of Human Resources & Benefits, Human Resources & Recruiting Manager, and Senior Human Resources Generalist from July 2014 to September 2022. Garcia’s experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at VXI Global Solutions, LLC from December 2018 to July 2019, and as an HR & Benefits Analyst at NOVA® Home Loans earlier in their career.
