Paul Boomsma

Paul Boomsma is an experienced QHSE and QA/QC professional currently serving as the QHSE Manager for the HSI-PEMAC MOG2 Project at HSM Offshore Energy BV since January 2023. Boomsma has been with Q4S since June 2017, holding roles as QA/QC Manager and QA/QC Coordinator. Previous positions include Project Quality Manager at Van Oord (November 2021 - December 2022), Site Quality Lead at ASK Romein (June 2021 - November 2021), and QC Team Lead at Royal IHC (March 2020 - June 2021 and February 2019 - December 2019). Additional experience includes QA/QC roles at Damen Shiprepair & Conversion and Solution Inspection Services B.V., as well as managing QC for critical projects such as the East Anglia One wind farm. Boomsma holds an MTS degree in Mechanical from Zadkine College and an LTS C degree in Mechanical from Nicolaas Zwitsen.
