Ranjit Gunewardane

Ranjit Gunewardane serves as President & CEO of North American Global Tech Services LLC since April 2012, providing strategic guidance for large hotel and residential complex developments. Concurrently, Ranjit is Vice President at Hotel Solutions Partnership, offering consultancy services to stakeholders in the hotel and hospitality sector. Previous roles include Independent Hotel Engineering Consultant and Executive Director of Engineering at Emirates Palace Hotel. Ranjit also held the position of Area Director Engineering for the Middle East and Africa at InterContinental Hotels Group for nearly three decades. Ranjit holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in the UK, completed from 1972 to 1976, with studies in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
