Vic Alcuaz

Vic Alcuaz is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President and Associate at Hotel Solutions Partnership since January 2014, where specialized consultancy services are provided to various stakeholders in the hotel sector. With a career beginning in 1988, Vic has extensive experience as a hospitality headhunter, trainer, and consultant, particularly in the Philippines. Notably, Vic has produced over 500 television programs and concerts and has been a columnist for multiple publications, including the Philippine Daily Inquirer and F&B World Magazine. As a past president and lifetime member of the Association of Human Resources Managers in the Hospitality Industry, Vic co-founded the Mabuhay Awards to recognize service excellence in the industry. Additionally, Vic played a crucial role as Human Resources Director in the opening of EDSA Shangri-La Manila, the first Shangri-La hotel in the Philippines. Education includes a degree in BS Hotel & Restaurant Institution Management from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde.
